Buying secondhand skiing gear off ebay for us all...what brands are worth looking out for? Not for style, just to keep warm etc

I know nothing about ski wear or brands - or anything about skiing...

Any thoughts on what brands to look out for?

Depending on when you are going, i bought my skiwear on ebay for the kids in the summer. I got a brand new all in one suit froma swedish brand for my 2 yr old for 99p and a Helly Hansen ski jacket and matching salopettes for my 4 yr old boy for £12. Then bought bundles of thermals.

I bought most of mine from decathlon - I also rate dare-2-be as a reasonable brand.

They do nice ski jackets and you can pick them up pretty cheaply from eBay.
