Tissue in baby’s nose

Posting here for traffic!

My 8 month old has inhaled a small bit of tissue up his nose! He was about to eat some, I grabbed it and then he breathed in the small put on his upper lip.

It’s one layer of a small bit of Kleenex.

Do I need to worry? Or just wait for it to come out somehow?

It'll come out by itself, and/or it will disintegrate first.

If you're worried (you needn't be) you could try a tweezers while he's asleep

If something is lodged in a nostril, a handy trick is to hold your finger over the other nostril and blow into the babies mouth. This sends air through the open nostril and should hopefully dislodge the item.
