To feel sad that i don't really have anyone to be bridesmaids?

As in no close female friends who i really trust.
So i have friends but over Covid we are more distant. I have a few friends who have hurt me in the past.
I'm not getting married till 2023 but i feel v sad about my lack of close female friends.

I was the same. I had plenty of friends, but no one really close. I'm more family anyway, so it didn't bother me. I had my sisters, my sil and a young cousin.
I think having your dd, sd and neice will be lovely.
To my mind adult non related bridesmaids = unnecessary drama.

rejoice - saving money, trashy hen parties and arguments over dresses/shoes/hair/makeup.

I get it, I didn't really either and I was a bit sad about it, but I never really wanted a big 'bridal party' anyhow, as it wasn't like I had a great big dress I'd need help with etc. I had niece as flower girl which was lovely.

I didn't have any bridesmaids. I didn't want to put any of my friends in those stupid dresses.

I never considered having adult bridesmaids. If you have a daughter and stepdaughter to be bridesmaids then that’s lovely.

Go with dd and dsd. Much less drama and hassle

If you have children as your bridesmaids why not make the hen do a trip to a theme park or a petting zoo?
