This never ending anxiety

Can’t cope with it.

Was pretty happy and excited for Christmas a few weeks ago, enjoying doing things with my toddler Dd.
Now I feel gripped with anxiety about all *This
I have long covid and am trying to get myself better, terrified I’ll get ill again or worse

When does this end? Feel like running away, to where though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Have you spoken to your doctor about the anxiety?

I was almost housebound with anxiety brought on by COVID in May so got put on Sertraline and talk therapy for coping strategies. It's helped massively.

Hello lovely, you're not alone. I have struggled on and off these past few months. A significant improvement this week but last week was utter hell. I also have covid so I have managed to get away with staying in bed and being so poorly does mean i simply haven't had the energy to be anxious but I know it is so hard when you feel like it will never go away. One thing I have been seriously looking into today is the Alpha Stim device. I am seriously considering getting one. Have you ever seen them or had a look at them? I found out about it by accident really, my boyfriend suggested I see how a friend is doing and she swears by it for helping her cope with the anniversary of losing her dad. It does look very good...
