I want to understand why we aren’t training our own nurses her in the UK ? Why is HR NHS depts winning awards for poaching overseas nurses when they need them as well ! The local hospital used to train nurses in the 80/90’s and then they started using loans but nurses very rarely move much up the pay scales. It’s a scandal?
