Child maintenance debacle

We need to do something. How many single parents would support action? I'm thinking of organising a petition but surely it must have been done already- anyone know??

specifically what aspect?

1. The lack of compliance and uselessness of the organisation to use the powers it has?
2. The massive loopholes that allow NRPs to pay diddly squat without doing anything wrong, despite having huge assets, savings or inheritances?
3. The rates that are hopelessly out of touch with the real costs of raising kids?
4. The power they have to write off debt that isn't actually owed to them?
5. The time they allow non paying NRPs to dick around, pay a bit, give them another chance etc
6. The deliberately vague description of what CMS is meant to cover leaving RPs to argue the toss with NRPs about what "else" they should be helping toward
