Reward chart or other for 3 year old

Posting here got traffic hope you don't mind.

My 3 year olds listening and behavior had become terrible over the last couple of weeks even nursery is saying that his listening has been bad.

I've tried a reward chart it has no effect. Things is now he answers me back or if I'm telling him off he does that copying thing so I'm finding things a little difficult.

What would you do for a child that isn't listening?

Nor really a aibu but really need some help!

Or any advice on how to deal with a three year old who won't listen while I was changing his brother he just tried to Jump over his head he's 5 months old.
