Have been reading for years but new poster - evidence of my desperation! If this is wrong place to post forgive me.... The whole household has Covid so am having to do all my shopping online (not out of quarantine until Xmas Eve!) Am desperately trying to replace a Zara coat my daughter had that was stolen from a netball match when she’d only had it a week :( There was one in stock on Oxford St - a friend very kindly went to track it down but it had a hole in it and they wouldn’t sell it to her!! There is apparently one in Westfield Stratford. It seems like it’s the only one left in the country in the right size!! There is a fault on their phone so it’s not possible to phone them. Guest services at Westfield can’t help me - I’ve tried (it’s how I know they have a phone fault)! Zara Customer services have no way to contact the store directly or verify stock.... No-one in the house is out of isolation until Friday! Is there anyone already there that can go into Zara and check if they have it and beg them to keep it for me until Friday??!! I need an Elf!!! First world problem, I realise, but trying to make her Christmas!
