Vomiting bug, what now

We have just travelled 8+ hours to visit family and stay with them for a week.
More family arrived today, to stay in the same house as us. One of them was sick yesterday but has come anyway. Another one of them has just been very sick now.
What do we do?

I don't want to do another very long car journey home having just arrived, I don't want my family going down with it just in time for traveling home, and I don't want to have to cancel all my plans while I'm here.
Argh!

We've survived so far, and will be 48 hours out of it tomorrow morning, so I've got all my fingers and toes crossed!

DS had a vomiting bug on Thursday night and I didn't catch it (and he managed to projectile vomit into my hair) so hopefully you'll be OK.

People who don't leave the required isolation time after vomiting bugs really piss me off, it's selfish in the extreme, especially if you're going to someone else's house. We were meant to fly to a wedding on Friday, which I was so excited about, but we didn't go as it wouldn't have been fair to anyone else, even though DS had stopped being sick by then. I don't know why people can't just accept that sometimes the best thing to do is to cancel plans.

People who spread this stuff are selfish, stupid twats. Nothing more or less to it. I'd be furious if some moron shared that with me.
