All because my crown fell out and I've had to have a plate that I just can't get used to. It feels horrible stuck in the top of my mouth and it cost almost 300 for the privilege.

I have two back teeth on a plate, it makes me heave.

Same here, fixodent stuff helps loads. Mine was fitted about 4 months ago. Front tooth, I’m only 30 Sad

Could you get an implant?
Perhaps on a monthly payment plan.

Oh I'm sorry, that sounds horrible. I've just had a crown fitted, and it has been a horrible, uncomfortable process that I wish I'd never started (and hideously expensive too. I can't believe how expensive it is) and I might need a root canal now, which is yet more money that we really can't afford.

Dental problems are the worst. Sorry, no advice at all, but I just wanted to sympathise!

GoodVibesHere · 10/12/2021 20:45

Ughh you poor thing, there's nothing worse than dental problems. Hopefully you will get more used to the feeling in time. Our mouths are sensitive, so even just the smallest of changes can feel weird for a while. It takes time.

MondeoFan · 10/12/2021 20:55

I have 2 side teeth on a plate. It made me gag. Took me ages to get used to it, I'm fine with it now. Infact if I don't put it in then it feels weird

Tevion28 · 10/12/2021 21:40

It feels horrible and I haven't tried eating yet
