Tbf kids and husband have been great, lots of great presents and feel very lucky. Unfortunately the world has gone to pot, ruling class is completely disingenuous and untrustworthy, can’t visit family abroad despite terminal diagnosis (not my immediate family in the UK), terrifying scenes in Afghanistan, scary weather in the uk- feels like the end of days. But for one day it’s my birthday and I can celebrate!
