When I am applying for a part time minimum wage job I have to set up an account with a password, ds had to take his PS4 back to factory settings and now he can't access his fortnite account and I have made six applications for student loans and even when talked through by the Open University or Student Loans I have completed the wrong forms . Not sure I am smart enough to start a degree 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Does anyone else feel like even the smallest things are unsurmountable?

I am pretty sure I am smart enough to do the degree, but I am 49 and I can't even sort out the finance 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I hear you OP. When I’m feeling like this it means I’m totally overwhelmed with everything I have to do, and struggle to handle the minutiae of life.
How is everything else for you?

Do stuff in bitesize chunks. One thing at a time. Your ds computer thing is separate.

1 thing at a time x

I totally sympathise. Everything is a struggle these days. Passwords, computers. Christmas seem to make things even more stressful.
