To me it’s a horrible sentiment (but admit I am old).

I presume you mean the makers. I can see some people who would definitely buy that so I imagine they’re thinking advertising might attract someone on Mumsnet who buys it as an ironic gift.

That's pretty savage

Someone gave my mum a necklace with a knife on it with a similar sentiment. Horrible. She threw it away as the sentiment was so appalling to her as a victim of domestic violence that she couldn't bear giving it to charity and keeping it in circulation.

It's pretty fucking grim
