In an endless loop of hell with Seetickets "customer service"

Posting here for traffic as am desperate.

First-full confession-the original problem is due to an oversight on my part. My pay pal still had an old (now dormant) email attached but it was always linked to current one and I didn't realise that had stopped.
I ordered tickets to an event and the email confirmation has gone to the now dormant account.

The customer service page is an endless loop, where, without access to that email address I cannot progress/change where the tickets go etc.

I googled it and there was an old customer service email which I used and got a message saying it is not monitored and linking me back to page which I can not use due to everything still going to dormant email and being kicked back.

I am at my wits end.

There does not seem to be any way to contact a person.
It is for a Christmas event and is nearly £150.00.
I am hoping someone can advise-
I am so frustrated and at an impasse-have spent hours going round and round.
Am hoping Mumsnet hive mind will have some ideas!!!

OP, have you tried either of these numbers:

0115 912 9000
0115 945 4590

If you get nowhere, there's always the 'email the CX' option. His email address is here: www.ceoemail.com/s.php?id=ceo-75165 Obviously best kept as the final option, but if you're desperate and have tried every other option, contact that way has never failed me yet.
