Does anyone worry about money constantly? Even when you have no reason to worry I mean we're not well off we live month to month most the time I mean in the sense bills are paid food is bought we have heat and electric and enough left over to buy nice things but I worry to the point I feel sick ... it just seems to go nowhere! Husband says I need to calm down and has made me feel very ott but I am on citalopram for mental health. Is money anxiety a real thing? Does anyone else worry like this how do you cope?

It absolutely is a thing and it doesn't always depend on how much you have. Some very rich people worry more than less well off and some people can literally not stop working because they worry it will all be taken away at some stage. Some people with very limited resources never worry at all.
It tends to be ingrained by childhood experiences. Children who were hungry or cold growing up take that with them into adult life and worry they might end up hungry again. Children who were in families that had financial shocks worry it will happen in adult life etc etc.
Building up some savings helps some people. Giving a context of the savings can help. For example, have 1 month rent saved, or 1 week food bills, or enough for fixing the boiler. It can help if you define your savings, whatever size they are.
Where there is no chance of savings then you have to rationalize the situation. If all bills are paid and everyone fed and warmly housed then you are doing ok. But you need to speak to partner and address it as something to work at not be dismissed.
If it is ingrained it will be very hard to shift the thought process but many manage to reduce its impact on day to day life.

I use the Financielle app that is female-focussed, it helped me pay down my debt and start to create some excess in my budget each month. They focus on being financially well which is a big thing I feel.
