We recently paid 1850 for a door, frame and small window but in a more traditional style

Lazypuppy · 05/12/2021 20:36

I'd say around £1k

Purplepepsi · 05/12/2021 20:37

£2k

prayingforrainbows · 05/12/2021 20:37

Also not sure if location affects this, but I'm based in the North East UK.

3ismylot · 05/12/2021 20:38

We paid about £1k 6 years ago

DontBeCatty · 05/12/2021 20:41

Impossible to say. It depends on the spec.

FormerlySpeckledyHen · 05/12/2021 20:43

£2k

Dishwashersaurous · 05/12/2021 20:44

Approx £2k

Ivedoneawhoopsiebetty · 05/12/2021 20:44

We had ours done in 2019 and it was about 1.5k for the door and door frame and trimmings that was the cheapest quote by a country mile. We're in the north west.

Derrymum123 · 05/12/2021 20:45

€2000

Cheekytea · 05/12/2021 20:46

Last year we paid 2k for grey door no windows long handle etc the Morden looking door we just outside London if that helps with fitting

Bluntness100 · 05/12/2021 20:46

Why don’t you just get sone quotes in?

RaskolnikovsGarret · 05/12/2021 20:46

2k, maybe 1.8 in the NE?

Hermie12 · 05/12/2021 20:47

Think ours was about £1100 3 years ago

RJnomore1 · 05/12/2021 20:48

I was looking for one like the first one you have with the glass side panels last year and it was upwards of 2k, scotland

Realised as soon as I hit post 🤦🏻‍♀️ Fat fingers. Iver reported so hopefully MN remove soon.

PooWillyNameChange · 05/12/2021 21:01

I paid £3k for two solidoors about 4 years ago in the south east. Including stained glass in the front and frosted in the back.

hauntedvagina · 05/12/2021 21:04

You can get a composite door for a fraction of the prices being quoted here. Plenty of places around that sell returns, but these are doors that have been returned as they were manufactured to order in the wrong colour, wrong glass, wrong door furniture, etc... not because they're in anyway faulty.

Picked mine up for less than £250 and had it fitted by a handy acquaintance.

DameLucy · 05/12/2021 21:20

Just had one done. Almost £2k supply only.

lljkk · 05/12/2021 21:26

Think friend paid about £900 including fitting earlier this year.

BeaMends · 05/12/2021 21:28

Perhaps the OP has, and wants to check with the MN posse to see if the quotes are reasonable?
Pompom2367 · 05/12/2021 21:41
