Parking charge for pulling over for 20 seconds

I have a parking ticket from a private company of course. Because I paused my car for exactly 29 seconds in a private car park entrance. I didn’t get out of the car. My passenger side wheels are just in a box marked for costa customers apparently. I wasn’t parking just pausing before going on to park. In the photos my car lights are on. I am in the car. I think I was letting another vehicle pass. . I appealed it but they rejected it. I’m going to appeal to POPLA can this be legal?

They always reject appeals, it seems to be just there to waste your time and encourage you to give up.

That ticket is outrageous good for you for taking it to POPLA. You weren’t parked! You were driving a car in traffic and not currently moving!

I was kind of pulled over. Not parked . It’s a ram shackle area there are also wheelie bins in the alleged Costa space so not sure if they got fined also.
