Any advice, I'm at the end of my tether.

I bought an Emma mattress through Wowcher having previously bought one full price and been pleased. I bought this one as an inexpensive mattress for a spare bed.

The mattress was about as useful as a kitchen sponge, it was clearly defective, after around 3 months I emailed Emma and they sent a replacement, agreeing the first one was defective.

The next one is equally terrible, I've had it 4 days but the quality is so awful I can see it won't last a month.

I've contacted Emma again and they (in a nutshell) say that they will provide endless replacements but never a refund, as their Ts and Cs state I only had 14 days from the original purchase to decline the mattress on quality grounds as it was a special offer.

Does anyone, who managed to read all that, know if I am legally entitled to anything more than endless replacements for their shoddy goods?

Thanks in advance for any help

I don’t know if mattress is defective or if you have gotten what you paid for: a cheap low quality mattress. Wowcher is selling double Emma mattresses for £199. It seems odd you would be shipped a defective one twice in a row? It may be that you are expecting champagne for beer price?

@empresscixi I absolutely want expecting champagne, but I was expecting a mattress that would hold up to occasion use for more than 3 months, they've agreed that the mattress hasn't behaved as expected, and the next one appears identical.
@appiandterri thanks for the link, it's having bought it from a 3rd party that's scuppered me, and the article doesn't cover that, but thanks anyway for your help.

Not very helpful, but I wonder if they had a batch of mattresses that didn’t pass quality checks so they’ve offloaded them via woucher and you’ll just keep getting mattresses from this batch?

They haven't just given you the same one back again?
