I placed an order for delivery with Asda, £8.50 delivery fee as it was same day, placed early morning for delivery between 11am and 12noon. (Expensive I know but I am unwell with young children at home).
The order did not arrive, emailed confirmed delivery with 1 substitution. 1+ hour later still no delivery. I checked the order status on the app and it said ‘Cancelled.’
I re-entered the whole food shop and arranged for click and collect this later today. They have emailed confirmation, 1 substitution and 11 items unavailable. (Approx 40 items ordered).
I want to cancel the order as I will have to go shopping again tomorrow to get the missing items but there is no option to do that.
AIBU to just not turn up to collect it (which would force them to refund)
