Am I allowed to park here now? It says charging between certain hours, but are those the only hours you have to pay, or the only hours you're allowed to park?!

You can park but need to move by 8.30

Yes, but you'll need to shift the car before 8.30 in the morning or you'll get a ticket then.

To clarify, those hours listed are the times where you have to pay to park.

Correct. You can park there until 8.30am . You can then pay to park there for two hours max
