My neighbour has one of the run over Santa's on their roof

I think it's meant to look like Santa climbing up your house to reach your chimney. But they don't have a chimney and Santa is certainly looking very slim this year, positivity flat. Maybe he was trampled by reindeer? Aibu to think this is the epitome of tack aibu of ho ho no ?

Can you put up a picture? Maybe I’m tacky but I love it when people put up big Xmas decorations on the outside of their house.

I don't do Christmas but I can't give a crap about decorations. I suppose I would if I was trying to sell though. I imagine it might not appeal to the general market.
