AIBU to think that being Tiggerish isn’t a good trait for a Prime Minister? Dominic Raab seems to think it is. Surely it’d be better to be the owl?

They're really reaching with their excuses now. I imagine behind the scenes they are very worried. It isn't that BJ has completely lost his grip (since he never had one), it's just that it is now embarrassingly visible how unprofessional, undignified and incompetent he is.

God, the rest of the world must be laughing their heads off.

Tigger is an annoying nob. Alright in small doses, but you wouldn’t trust him to do anything important would you?

PomegranateSeed · 24/11/2021 13:36

Johnson on the other hand, unbearable in any measure.

I’m sure it’s what most countries look for in a leader isn’t it? Whereas you’d want more of a Pooh approach for Chancellor of the Exchequer.

I am definitely a Tigger

And I would be a shit PM.

FangsForTheMemory · 24/11/2021 13:39

the only person I've known who described themselves as a Tigger is a raving narcissist

I think he was hoping to trigger a response of fondness, nostalgia and a very stereo-typically type of (mostly vanished) Englishness - a "dear old Boris" type thing.... he's so marvelously eccentric etc

Fail.
