I'm so fed up on the black under eye from mascara when I wear it by the end of the day I look like a panda! Doesn't matter which mascara I use how do I stop this? I've tried powder under my eyes too still the same!

I've got the same issue my eyes are heavily hooded and there is no mascara made that stays put. I get the lashes tinted and treated instead.

NO mascara on the lower lashes. Use smudged eyeshadow to accentuate the lower eye - from the edge to the middle only!

Essence lash princess mascara from Amazon. I have really hooded eyes and oily skin. This one is magical!

Aldi do a waterproof mascara that is so unbudgeable that I thought I was going to have to paintstripper on it.

How about lash extensions? Since getting those I don't need mascara at all

I use that 4d fibre lash mascara, it doesn't smudge at all. Stays put for 12h shifts when the rest of me is a sweaty mess!

Waterproof mascara has changed my life. Will never not use it now!

How old are you? I found when I hit peri menopause my bloody eyes water all the time which causes mascara to smudge and run.

I get them tinted now.

Any tubing mascara, No 7 and clinique both do one.

You need a tubing mascara like Clinique Lash Power.

Agree with this. It's grease that's making your mascara smudge, not water.
