ZARA delivery ....

& yes I am being U ! & I am moaning to make myself feel better !

My delivery arrived on Friday evening - box was undamaged - inside their is no packging - I had ordered:
1 shirt
2 boxed handwashes
2 sets of boxed handwash, shampoo + body lotion
The shirt ws fine. The box was huge and probably because their is no protection inside the boxes have knocked aginst each other and are marked - not good for gifts. Also the seals on the boxed handwash are broken - and the boxes are damaged- this could have happened before they wer packaged - I have no idea.

So I went to see if they had llive chat but no, but I saw they had Whats App system so I lodged my message & replied to their questions fully -

  1. they keep harping on about the delivery box being damaged buit it wasnt - it is shoddy packing of the goods
2.every response seems to be dealt with by another "agent" so I have to keep resatting the same facts 3 I have uploaded so many photos showing the damage

tonight I chased up as hadnt heard back - after repeating the saga again I got asked "how many times I have worn the items & how often I have washed them ?"

Seriously - so I have replied "how can I was a bottle of handwash & how can I w\s a bottle of shampoo ?"

we are doomed !

No I'm not sadly

Urgh I understand that things happen but it's the inane silly questions that are making something easy very frustrating

Probably I'm annoyed as my other delivery also arrived - again huge box , no packaging inside and glass ornaments broken - luckily company were easy to deal with and are sending replacement

I had issues with Zara years ago and will never order again. There was an item missing from the parcel. The packaging was not damaged and I assume they didn’t believe that an item was missing. I got a different agent every time, they escalated it to a manager on numerous occasions but I never received the callbacks I was promised. It went on for weeks but I wouldn’t let it go. I did eventually get reimbursed but the whole process was draining

They don’t use plastic so no bubble wrap.

I do hate online chat agents. Love Zara though!

Yes I am feeling drained - I will never ever be buying from them again - I Am still waiting for it tio be rsolved & for my money to be refunded - every time I chase it up I get a different person either on the phone or on the Whats App & they reask the same questions and eventually gove me a completely differnet answer - I guess there philosophy is that you get so fed up you will give up. The most apalling lack of customer service I have ever experienced.
