So maybe you've read about my job seeking misfortunes. In this latest chapter, I've now passed to third round, interviewing with the Sr Director (HM's manager who I've already interviewed with). This company is my dream, and it's one of the only ones where my 20 years of work experience are actually relevant. Long story short, I applied for a more mid range role, they upgraded me to the next level, turns out that role was almost already taken so they offered this one instead.
