sometimes have this funny thing in my elbow. I’ll be doing something and it will feel as though the bone in the elbow is stuck and I have to move it another way. Does anyone get this? It’s hard to describe! Not painful just feels stuck!! X

Are you hypermobile? You might be subluxing it a bit and then fixing it, without consciously knowing that's what you're doing. (If so, it doesn't necessarily mean anything, so don't let it worry you! A lot of people who find out they are hypermobile google it and get anxious about all the conditions it can be linked to, but most hypermobility is totally benign.)

I think I know what you mean, OP. It only becomes "unstuck" when it kind of clicks into place again. Doesn't happen often, though, and I'm definitely not hypermobile.

I’m not hyper mobile. It doesn’t happen often. Usually when lifting the children up x

I get this, elbows and collarbone. The collarbone one is horrible tbh.

If ever you've got elbow weirdness (pain or tightness) then mild stretches of areas above the elbow (pecs and shoulders and triceps) is a good place to start to see if you get any improvement

People often notice problems with their elbows because the whole connected system of muscles and tendons from upper back right down your arm has reduced in range of movement and the pain manifests itself at the elbow

Yes, I do this and so does DM. In fact we have a host of weird elbow things we can do which we use to freak my wee DF out Grin
