AIBU but my Husband's son
(aged 20) hasn't bothered with us for the last 2 years, came to our wedding and didn't stay for the after party or congratulate us.
Now all of a sudden he wants to come over and play loud music ( he can when my children are not here) also has never made an effort on my birthday/Christmas or even bothered really to get to know his step Brother and Sister.
I appreciate Hubby is now keen to build his relationship with son but he's clearly using the fact he can get away with it here.
I am happy to get to know him properly but I feel he needs to involve himself with everything that now comes with his Dad??
