AIBU to contemplate leaving my job

I have been in my current job for 10 years, I enjoy it 60% of the time but also don't see myself doing it for the next 40 years. I also do not feel appreciated and am now bringing the stress off work home with me.

I am on just above minimum wage. It is an office based job near my house (30 min walk/ 5 min drive)

Has anyone that has left a job they enjoyed gone on to regret it?

Never. Once you hit that point of making do, it's game over. Move on and put yourself out there for a better job.

Move on and move up, but don’t just leave without having another job to go to.

You've been there 10 years so you've done your time. Why the hesitation OP? Fear of change? Or is it leaving a job with a very convenient commute (which is a huge bonus)?
Go for it - look for something new. You can do better than 60% enjoyment.
