Work with elderly and vulnerable people, I have a bad cold, cough and sore throat. It isn’t Covid as I have tested negative, but it’s an awful hacking cough and I am losing my voice.
I wear full PPE but feel like I shouldn’t really be around vulnerable people in these circumstances.
If we don’t go in, we aren’t paid for the first 3 days off and otherwise it’s SSP after that.
Some of the clients have been commenting that I shouldn’t be coming into work when im like this and I do feel bad.
I had a day off about 2 weeks ago so I don’t feel like I can take anymore time off for the time being.
