Help - posting for traffic

I sent a parcel by Hermes Oct 23 and it's not got to its destination. I cannot find a number to ring to speak to a human being. The in line form just keeps repeating the same comment. It says I can claim compensation if not delivered by tomorrow - but no way to contact them for that either. Any ideas?

Sadly not - just an automated voice telling me my parcel ref was not correct. (It was) No human being to be had at all.

can you track the parcel online?
Bit useless, because Hermes lie and report it's delivered when it isn't, then if you look at it the following morning, the notes to say delivered will have disappeared and there'll be a note to say received back at depot...
But screen shot it, then you'll have proof that they are lying twats.

Yes I have tracked on line and all it says is it reached the depot on 27 October and nothing has changed since then. Unbelievable. It hasn't been delivered.
