I started a job at an old employer in an office. Some of the people are toxic and have already tried to set me up and get me into trouble for things previous colleagues have done. The job has unrealistic demands too. I have only been here a week. Staff turnover is high. I can’t work with toxic people. I feel like handing in my notice and going to the agency and working in schools which is what I trained to do. I should leave really?
