AIBU to think that it is a great shame there is not a community or union of our neighbouring countries that we could influence to join us in introducing the proposed carbon import tax, that has been muted by the environment secretary today.
Am I additionally being unreasonable to think that it is a great shame that the environment secretary who has had such a good idea is in a different government from the one that recently had a budget and reduced taxes on a number of polluting industries.
