AIBU to not go back to my parents?

We live overseas and are back in the UK for the first time in 2 years because of covid (with our toddler DD who is meeting everyone for the first time so its kind of a big deal). We had a nice week with my parents then said an emotional goodbye, came down to London and stayed one day with BIL then tried to leave but ended up having to rebook our flight so we're here another 4/5 days.

AIBU to want to stay with BIL rather than going back to my parents? Its a 2.5-3 hour car journey to theirs and I can't face more travelling and relocating. I've suggested they come down for a day trip or book a few days stay down here but can't help feeling a bit guilty at not immediately heading up to theirs!

I think that’s fine provided BIL is ok with it.

BIL is thrilled to get some extra time with his niece 😊

I just feel guilty as I'm sure my parents would also like to spend more time with their granddaughter.
