Set in Bristol (rather modernly) - with some scenes in Bath. A mum to a baby son who has (possibly genetic) syndrome (she thinks it’s a syndrome) and she has track down the family medical history (or something with the family). the story begins with pregnancy and through them finding out about the son’s health. There’s a warehouse/factory that has been turned into some kind of bar ( it might be wine bar, that it may have been/is a real place, possibly in the Bedminster area and think it might have shed in the name; but “could be so wrong on that” but always pictured it in that area and when a bar that had “shed” in its name, felt like that had some connection) and the characters hang out there somewhat.
