Just that really, looking to boost immune system going into winter. Has anyone got any experience of these drinks working?

I’ve been drinking them everyday for 2
Months now, but have still been ill essentially for all of October with cold-sore throat-cold(all pcrd, not covid). I generally feel a bit more alert after drinking them in morning when not Ill, but they haven’t stopped me getting every bug going at the moment 🤷‍♀️ I take a daily vitamin too

They're sort of half proved and half disproved! Great cultures in them. Lots of discussion about the cultures dying in stomach (but studies have shown them in high levels in ahem movements so it's getting through!) however they've fairly high sugar / flavoured etc. Probiotic supplements might be easy?

Best bet is making sure you're taking vitamin D and C, and eating well to start off boosting the immune system. Good sleep if you can too!

Not sure but they really help keep my recurrent oesophageal thrush under control! (I am prone to it because of autoimmune issues, I’m under an oral specialist who recommended the drinks as part of my treatment). I actually find the Aldi ones the best oddly enough. They work really well.

Just take probiotics, a high potency vitamin D, vitamin C and zinc. The drinks have unnecessary sugar which won't help at all.
