Period cycle getting shorter every month

And my PMS is worse than ever.
I feel horrendous in the lead up to my AF. I’m only 32 so I’m really hoping it’s not perimenopause already. Early menopause doesn’t seem to run in my family.
I seem to ovulate literally the day after my bleeding ends, I don’t remember it being that early before.
The last three months have been 26, 25, 24. Looking at my period tracker my shortest cycle was 23 days and my longest was 33.

Do I need to contact the GP? I’m not TTC as we have a DC already and are one and done.
It’s just making me miserable and my hormones are all over the place. My period pains start about 10 days before my bleeding shows up. I have ovulation pain too, so I only have about one week a month that I’m not uncomfortable or in pain. I feel exhausted, so drained the week or so before I come on and anxious, irritable and tearful. Along with horrible insomnia, sore boobs and headaches.

I'd talk to the GP. And maybe consider the pill to regulate things?

Have a look at pmdd and endometriosis you might fit some of your problems definitely keep a pain diary the app flutter tracks periods, pain, mental health, and all sorts of other useful things really handy for showing the doctor

Mine got shorter in peri, I ended up anaemic due to the frequency and heaviness so had a coil put in.
You are young for peri, but it’s not impossible.
I think a chat with the GP would be a good idea.

Since having my 2nd child my periods are starting to have shorter cycles. First 2 were 30 days which I've always been then the last 2 were 26 days. I'm nearly 37 though and wondering what's going on

My cycle was never - in all my time menstruating, age 14 onwards - longer than 23 days, except once (I thought I must be pregnant, wasn't and it never happened again); my periods lasted 10 or 11 days, too. I also found the pain I experienced with my periods got worse as I got older, so that when I finally found a (female) GP who would help me, after being fobbed off by male ones, I was grey with pain for 10 or 11 days in every 22 or 23.

Investigations revealed nothing, so I was given the Mirena coil (and they agreed to give me a general anesthetic to insert it) and it was life-changing. After the final coil was removed, I went into menopause immediately and my periods just stopped - no fuss, no nonsense, no more bleeding.

See your GP and don't let them fob you off!

I had this, shorter and shorter cycles with lighter periods. Ended up with very high prolactin diagnosed via private hormone blood test as GP wouldn't listen (offered me a Chlamydia test)

Me too , used to have really regular cycles now they are long 35 days or between 25 days and 35 days , mentioned it to doc they said it's in the normal range and normal for my age .I'd talk to the doctor and see if anything is going on the pill gave me bad side effects so I wouldn't try it again
