We're currently going through conveyancing and we want a full survey on our purchase. Our mortgage lender will obviously do their valuation but say we need to organise our further survey. I can't remember what happened in the past, do we need to find a surveyor to do this ourselves or will this be offered by our lenders surveyor? How do you find someone? Estate Agent or solicitor recommendation?
