Feel Guilty About Leaving Employer.. Again

Hi, not sure if anyone else has done something similar. Last year during I applied for a civil servant job. Hated it and could only do this job for 6 months.
I got back in touch with my old boss by email and asked about coming back ( I left on good terms and many people have left and come back). Within a few weeks I had my old job back.
I then saw a job advertised online recently and went for it. Better hours and about 6 k a year more. Passed interview and offered the job three days later.
Anyway, this week is my last week at current employer, and I can’t help feel guilty that I’m leaving so soon after going back. I only rejoined the company 8 months ago.
I’ll add my job isn’t particularly a niche one , it’s delivery driving for a national company.
My main boss has been on annual leave for a few weeks, but I emailed her to let her know I’d resigned to our HR department.
Feel a bit like I’m letting the company down...
Any advice...

In a lot of other jobs I'd say you had your chance, but delivery driving is a very transient job so I would not worry about it.

In these sort of jobs people move all the time.

You don’t owe any company loyalty …. If they had to get rid of you they would do it in a heartbeat. Do your job well, but don’t stay there if it’s not right for you.

Do what’s right for you and your career.

Thanks, I should say this was working for a large supermarket chain.

I would write to thank her for supporting you when you needed it and for giving you the opportunity to progress.
