Not to be able to figure out how to use Disney+

Total first world problem and I know it’s not really an AIBU but I just cannot work the bloody thing.

Find a programme, yes no problem, watch programme, also ok.

But if I want to ‘skip’ an episode how the holy hell do I get to the episodes list without going all the way back and searching for it.

Netflix, no problem, Prime, no problem. Just stumped on Disney+

So if anyone knows the answer please put me out of my misery.

Go to the programme you want, click down on the remote and it will take you to episodes you can then flick between series when you get the series you want click right and you can then scroll down to the episode you want

That I can do. It’s when you’re watching an episode and you want to flick into the series menu. You just can’t do it, on the tv or on an iPad. You can on both Netflix and prime.

I hear you OP, would also love to know! Ditto how to restart a programme from your'continue watching' list. If you select, it just goes straight into resume from where you left off. You can only restart by searching for the programme, then you get the option to resume or restart.

On my phone and tablet, if I tap the screen then at the very top left it has the episode name plus a back arrow that takes me back to the episode menu.

I can't work out how to remove things from my "continue watching" list if I don't want to watch them (or have only 30s of credits left).

It's a terrible interface. I watch it on my laptop and half the time the "go to next episode" button doesn't come up at the end, the credits just roll and roll, including who listing all the people who do the voiceovers in Spanish, French and Italian, etc. If I click the arrow to go back, it doesn't take me back to the episode selection, it takes me to the home screen and whatever I'm watching disappears from my "continue watching" section.

It's just as bad using the app connected to Sky on the TV.

Do you watch via the app on the TV, or via a Sky box? I watch via the SkyQ box, I wonder if OP does too.

The episode thing works if you dont access the episode from continue watching. If you access through continue watching afaik you can't see an episode list, its very very annoying.

The back arrow on my iPad just takes me to the main menu but, same as the back button on the remote.

So bloody confusing.
