How do I reduce the noise from outside?

Neighbours play loud music, we live in an detached house but the bass seems to rock the house! I don't care during the day but do at night!!
Anyone had any luck in reducing this? Do I need to change my windows, triple glazed maybe?
Any tips, moving isn't an option!

Have you told them that you are bothered by their noise at night and asked them if they could be quieter?

You need to talk to them and if that doesn't work contact the council and their landlord.
