Had a spa day booked tomorrow with a friend but currently laid up with a horrendous bug. Friend keeps asking if I’m sure I’m not well enough to go, said unless she wants to sit with me in the bathroom all day then definitely not! Originally had a holiday booked for next week which was cancelled and just got me thinking about having this sickness before a holiday and what I’d have done. What’s everyone else’s experience of falling ill just before a holiday, wedding, special day etc. Entertain me while I currently want to curl up and die
