I'll share mine. You won't believe me. But I promise it's TRUE.

When you're having boiled carrots. Boil them whole. Don't top/tail (or even bother peeling them for maximum flavour). Cook them whole.

Then slice up as required after cooking.

They will taste like the carrotiest carrots you have ever had.

Noone ever believes me, bit then they come sidling up to me a few months later and say "I tried your carrot trick, and you're right!"

Put whole chillis in the freezer and just grate directly nnto dishes as required
