Please tell me how to work podcasts ? I want to listen but don’t know where to start, Is there an app or websites ? I’m a technophobe.

I get mine from Spotify.

Try BBC Sounds and Podbean. I'm not very good with tech but find these very easy.

What phone do you have? If its an iPhone, get the podcast app from the app store. On an android there's lots to choose from, I like Podcast Republic.then use the app to search for something you're interested in, lime you would with Google. Once yyou've found one you like, click on it and it will probably start to play. If not, click and choose download. Once its downloaded you can play it.
If you like it, press subscribe, and it will automatically download each new podcast to your phone.
