Anyone else like this and suddenly changed their life around?

I’ve got avoidant personality so always think people don’t like me… trying to work on it.

Any ideas?

Do you have any hobbies or interests? I found it easier to make friends when I went along to groups related to my area of interest.

Not really no. I’m kinda a bit stuck on what to do. What do people do as hobbies as an adult.

I'm a bit like this. Have a couple of friends I see separately sometimes but other than that I don't. I have work mates I talk to but they are just acquaintances. I find if I do make a friend they just seem to drift and at 40 it seems hard to make good friends.

@rainonsunday

Quite a variety I imagine. My interests and hobbies are all centred around fitness / running but it could be anything! What do you enjoy?

Im massively like this and found friends through a hobby. Im way better and more comfortable getting to know people whilst doing things. Could be an option for you?

Oh in answer to your last q - crossfit is mine. Its less about the actual exercise because I could do that by myself, more about the people I meet.
