Could this be a combined pill side effect?

I need some help please.

I’ve never taken any contraception as I was worried about the effects of hormones.

Unfortunately, as part of investigation relating to endo/fibroid/cysts, I’ve been prescribed the combined pill ( to rule out anything “more sinister”).
Within a week of taking it, I noticed that when I lie down on my left side, the part of my breast near my underarm hurts.
At first I wondered if it could be my new bra but two weeks on, it’s still there.

I should’ve contacted the consultant but I’ve been so rushed off my feet looking after two family members with covid.

I’ll ring on Monday but does this sound like side effects from the pill? Anybody experienced similar please?
What else do I need to look out for?

Please don't worry. As you say, you've been rushed off your feet and I'm willing to bet that this pain is muscular. You must have been doing tons of extra work so you've probably just strained yourself a little. Do call the GP on Monday to put your mind at rest though.

Thanks very much for the reassuring comment. I do appreciate it Smile
