Positive or evap line????

Hi all.

Took a test due to symptoms I experienced in other pregnancy. Was no line. Took another and no line in the few minutes however checked it around an hour after and very visible pink line...

Do I ignore as wasn't showing after the few minutes specified?

You can't rely on it out of time. Do another one.

It looks positive to me but since you've also had a negative I'd try again in a couple of days.

Take another test, no-one on here can tell you.

Take another test tomorrow morning, otherwise it's just speculation. Positives normally appear immediately, or within a minute.

I can at least see a seconding 9n this one but I'd do another following the instructions to the letter. If it doesn't show positive then it's going to be an evap line.

To me it doesn't look like an evap as there colour in the line. What dpo are you? I would not accept that as a positive if it didn't show straight away though. Do a test in the morning, I think.

You can't rely on a result result 10 minutes after the test was taken, it says so on the packet. Any result after this is invalid. If it was initially negative, then I would take the negative result. Not necessarily saying you aren't pregnant, but this particular test is saying negative.
Your best bet is to wait until your period is due (unless tha time has already passed) and take a test with first morning urine. Read the result within 10minutes. Then discard the test.

My period would be due Friday 22nd. So will wait and see

Took another different brand again faint line but not right away

I think this is the first time I've seen one of these threads where I can actually see a line that doesn't look like an evap line (in the first photo)

There probably much point doing test after test as morning pee produces the best results. Give it a couple of days and try again first thing.

I do have the symptoms too very early ones I experienced before. Peeing more often. Before bed during night and first thing like bursting each time.tender breasts and feel firmer too. Period would be due Friday and usually comes to the exact day. So Al leave it till Saturday if no period arrive and test again first pee.

But was the second one within 10 mins of weeing on it?

It didn't show up right away no but I gave it 10 minutes and checked it again and line was there. Maybe cause I'm so early it isn't showing up that quickly. Al check again Saturday once period would be late

Id say positive. The blue dye ones are terrible for evap lines but pink dye are usually more reliable.
