I know I'm being grumpy but I'm watching Gok Wan on telly (normally love him) and he's greeting everyone with "look at you with that lipstick/dress/killer heels/long hair" i know a few people who do this in real life and you just feel so INSPECTED when you meet them. I know they are doing it to boost peoples confidence etc but it's like a big spotlight on you. Just say "Hi so lovely to see you" with a big grin grrr grump grump grump
