Power nap tip?! Please!

I have had trouble sleeping the past few weeks and have been sleeping in late and going to bed early hours! Thankfully I'm self employed so I can choose my work hours, but I need to get back in sync.

So here I am at this time, feeling a little tired, but needing to be up at 8am for an appointment.

Is there a magic amount of time for a power nap that will keep me a little bit more refreshed for the day ahead?

I dont want to go back to sleep later in the day as I'm desperate to change my sleep pattern.

Thank you

You've got time for a full sleep cycle of 90 minutes. Take 4/5 long slow deep breaths in through your nose, close your eyes and count back from 100. Don't concentrate on the numbers. Hths xx

Don't nap, use this to reset and go to bed at a reasonable time!

I put on a podcast if I need to nap. Preferably a true crime one where a calm voice talks about grizzly murders. Works every time.

Yeah, don't nap. Stay awake and go to bed at 9.30/10 ish.

Thank you! I'm still going strong... just.
