Tickets for venues via Tesco Clubcard

Posting for traffic.

We are booked to go somewhere next week but I am ill and won't be well enough to go. It's a day entry to an attraction. I booked it ages ago using Clubcard vouchers. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the date of the tickets or somehow exchange them back to Clubcard points for use later on?

Luckily I can cancel the hotel and not lose any money.

Would I contact the venue or Clubcard do you know?

We've been looking forward to it for months but it's just not possible

Call up the Clubcard helpline. While technically they aren't supposed to they are usually quite flexible. Before you call them work out what you want. Do you want to suspend the venue to a future date or do you want to cancel and get the points back?
