Are delivery charge by Hermes

I've had a text from Hermes to say they could t deliver my parcel today (although i've been at home all day)...
It says i have to pay £1.04+vat for redelivery

Is this right?.

I thought it was a scam. It seems to link to the Hermes page. I've deleted the message

I literally typed "Hermes R" into google and the first suggestion was "Hermes redelivery scam".
